This unusual book structure houses 4 miniature books 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" each with Eggplant purple covers and 12 cream colored pages. They are handsewn with purple and gold threads, embellished with a collage of handmade papers and dangles of beads. The top of the structure is covered with purple mulberry and purple, hunter green, teal, blue, pink and gold marbled handmade paper. The bottom is covered with black mulberry and gold threads. The whole structure together measures approximately 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" x 1/4". The miniature books are removable if you want to write in them. Very classy piece, one of my personal favorites. One of a kind.
